Hi Karen I too had the same problem My son was the same way. He is seven and stated concerta in Kindergarten I felt the same way and still get upset that he is on Meds. I too am bipolar. I worked with his preschool got the best one even though it was expensive. Then we all got togeather when he stated Kindergarten We have a great team that is very important!!!!! He had many problems. not sitting and having problems interacting with other kids. BUT because they say that you can not tell about ADHD that early i waited until kindergarten Concerta has been a godsend. My son wakes up and is like a crazy person you have no idea ,and once the med's are in, oh my god what a differance.
