I think I did myself a disservice, by not getting a prescription yesterday.
I'm using a Combivent inhaler right now...My Onc wrote a prescription for Advair yesterday, and I dropped it off....came home & realized how much I still have left of the Combivent.
Anyway---I called them, and said, "Is it o.k. for me to just continue with the Combivent, since my funds are low (I think Advair is expensive) and I have almost a whole container left?"
The Onc nurse said, "I think so....I'll make a note on your chart."
So, I called the pharmacy and told them to cancel it.
Today, I don't know if it's the pollen or what...but after 3 hours of using my inhaler, I feel I need it again.
So...I took my prescription cough syrup, which has a bit of codeine in it (yuck..spaces me out) But, I think it's working some.
I'm starting to freak out that I won't be able to breathe.
Here I go again....

I think I'm stressed over going online. Yep. I did it again. I researched "pneumonitis" and "pulmonary fibrosis." Now, I stressing.
