I am glad to know of someone using Advair only once a day. I was on two a day and had a lot of stiffness and pain in joints and some other adverse affects. I started only once a day and lost all the adverse symptoms in about four days. I now use it once every evening and if I need something during the day I use the Combivent. I feel just as good as I did using it twice.

I would like to mention one thing to you if you don't already know about it. The insert with the Advair says you must discard any doses not used after the packet has been opened for 30 days. The reason is that it loses its strength and will do you no good after 30 days. I tried it and felt the effect after about a week.

This is a big waste if you buy the 60 dose discus. There is a 28 dose discus available but most pharmacies have to order it. Also the price is much more than just half of what the 60 dose costs. It is another instance of the drug companies sticking a gun in our ribs.

So glad you are doing well. I believe sometimes we can take too much medication and feel bad just from taking it.
