I have noticed that Abuterol seems to be less effective lately. Could it be a bad batch? My Mom, who has COPD, has noticed this as well. I use Combivent for a rescue (which is not very often) with an albuterol inhaler backup just in case. I know what you mean, though. I used to sometimes get relief with just a single puff. Not so lately.
