the only time the pain stops or eases is about an hour or so after i take the pills. and when i wake up in the mornings i'm fine but as soon as the evening rolls around the pain starts back up. my doctor gave me tylenol 3 with 30mg codeine and i can take 1 or 2 every 4 to 6 hours. but i was just concerned about the constant pain. i also have OCD so that doesnt make it any better because now im just obsessing over the thought of me "dying" from the gallbladder. :( horrible i know. and i tried looking up the rupture of a gallbladder and didnt find much on it. because now im having that "pulled a muscle" feeling in my right side and wasnt sure if thats normal or if thats a sign of a ruptured gallbladder.
ive been staying away from fatty foods. the most ive ate in the past few days has been bananas and a small salad with fat free dressing.
i live with my mother so she helps with my daughter when i begin to get an attack. but its not much help during the night.
oh, and i was in the ER new years and they took blood and said no one was there to check my gallbladder, but my doctor checked over the test results and said it all looked fine and i was in no danger of infection. could something have changed in the past few days though? i have my ultrasound on tuesday.
