Hello. I have had the symptoms you describe along with severe pain and numbness in my face. It is a throbbing feeling, and it hurts along both rows of my teeth, into my sinuses,in my temple and eye, down deep inside my ear,in my throat and glands,my eye waters and my nose runs, the roof of my mouth hurts and my tongue and lip goes numb sometimes and swells. Something as simple as a touch or brushing my teeth or a cool breeze blowing on my face will trigger an attack and it is the most severe pain I have ever had. It all started after I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted,it will sometimes damage your nerves in your face and it is a condition known as Trigeminal Neuralgia. The Trigeminal Nerve runs along your face and branches into all the areas I have just described. I am currently taking Neurontin 600 mg per day for it and when the pain flares up I am given Tylenol 4 With Codeine (which is 1 gram of codeine per pill and I take 2 at a time) It will make you unable to talk at times when it flares up. Research this condition if you continue to have these symptoms. Hope this helps.
