Hey there, Trust me you're not crazy. I was on Wellbutrin SR and got hallucinations too. Not just visual ones but I was hearing people call me and music and stuff and there was no one there. It could be the meds you're on or a combination of some. When I had a bad cold the doc gave me a cough syrup with codeine and a decongestant in it. This made things worse. I'm off both now and haven't had any problems since.
Call your doctor or phamacist and find out what's going on. Let me what happens. Hugs.
