My 11 year old daughter also has ADHD and we have tried many different meds along with counseling for her. Nothing seemed to work. She was recently given a RX of Adderall 25 mg, Clonidine .1 mg, and Seroquel and seems to be doing better. She still has bad days but her grades are looking better and she is less argumentative and moody and she is sleeping at night. Before this combo of meds, she would lie awake for hours with no stimulation, just could not get to sleep. She is even more helpful around the house. HTH
