Duac is very wonderful...it cleared my back acne up in a matter of a week for my junior prom. However, its antibacterial, so as your skin builds resistance to it, its great results will slowly wear off, not any time very soon but eventually. The same thing happened to me with Clindamycin Phosphate Gel, which worked WONDERS, so if the results of the Duac start wearing off after the next couple of months, id ask for the clindamycin, since they kill bacteria with different ingredients.
