well the fact is, there's not much derms can do. what works to clear up one person won't work for another, and derms just have to hand out what they think will work. my dermatologist, for example, gives the same thing to every first time patient...cleocin pledgelets and differin cream or gel. they just do the best they can...i know i get annoyed with mine sometimes, but then i think...and without her, how much better would i be doing?
