hey realsad, the month before, i used minocycline (which didn't really do much) and cleocinT lotion (also, didn't do much!). so there you go. bottom line, imo, if your acne is bad enough to go on accutane, there's not much else out there that's gonna do much for ya. i still use the cleocin though, for some reason. i guess it's like a security blanket or something.

good luck! if you start breaking out worse on the tane, go to the derm asap!!! i wish i would have and got started on the prednisone and cortisone injections right away. i might have saved myself some of the scarring. maybe. ali
