i've been using cleocinT lotion for years. it has always seemed to work well with the 'cycline a/b's i was on. now i'm on accutnae and still use the cleocin lotion twice a day. it's great, really gentle, but effective still, on surface blemishes. doesn't seem to do much for cysts though, but i don't think that there's a topical out there that works on cysts.
