You can try tea tree oil. It has worked okay, not great, for me, but other pregnant women swear by it. You can get it at health/natural food stores. It is completely safe during pregnancy. Burt's Bees makes an (herbal) acne remedy stick that has been recommended to me, although I haven't used it.
If you feel comfortable using medications during pregnancy, you can ask your doctor for a prescription for Cleocin, which is supposed to be safe during pregnancy. Some doctors will also let you use over-the-counter products that contain benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, although benzoyl peroxide is a class C drug during pregnancy (which means it is not known whether it causes birth defects or not). Some people say ProActive works well during pregnancy.
