I took Accutane twice for moderate, persistant, acne. It's helped a lot, but I'm still suffering break outs; right now we're treating it with Adoxa, Nicomide, Cleocin T, and Retin A. My initial break outs were horrible, but I've found that a lot of people didn't even have them--it's completely an individual situation. I too have found that my acne returns to a lesser degree after Accutane, but returns nonetheless. But you have the odds on your side--only 30% of users need a second course! Just because you acne is mild/moderate, you still need the same dose/course length as those with more severe acne. Good Luck!
