My insurance has decided not to cover any prescription allergy meds. I have been taking the D's like Clarinex D and Allegra D to help. They actually don't do much except prevent me from getting a horrible cough. Is there anything over the counter that works well? I have taken Claritin D OTC and again it helps keep me from coughing but that's about it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
