Ever since sinus problems began few months ago, been waking up with more frequency gasping for air and short of breath. Chest feels tight, like hard to breathe. Throat feels constricted. Can rhinocort and clarinex cause this.
Would it help if I asked my doc for an inhaler or is there something other people use to decrease the frequency of this problem.
