Hi I wanted to post mesage here about Vertigo.. I have allergies such as mold, dust, trees, grass, pollen, ragweed, cat ( although dr wasnt so convinced by this) and tobbacco. Iused to smoke and used to be sick when I was smoking. anyway I get allergy shots every 2 weeks been doing it for like almost 4 years now. I have went to the dr so many times this year! Its becoming so frustrated. I ve had sinus ct scan, Been on many different kinds of antibotics this year. I m currently taking Protonix for my gerd problem. I really wonder if its gerd or if its really from my sinus problem that haveaffected to my lungs. Clarinex as needed. Humibid la (decongestion) Advair for mild asthma. I went to see ENT about 3 or 4 weeks ago. They said that I do have sinus problem and decided not to put me on antibotic ater I ve told them how many times I ve been on it all year and different kinds of ntibotics. so the Dr decided to put me on Humibid decongestion meds. and gave me "sinus rinse" I do like it, I dd feel that it did help. But then a week later I got very sick with Strep throat. Ever since that happened on Oct 18th. I ve been still sick since then. I woke up with feeling everything was off balance, fever and severe sore throat. So I decided to go to see the dr. ( it has gotten to a point where i m feeling like worried what they would say if I went to see them "once again") and let me tell u something, that is very stressful to be thinking that. Its no fun! anyway Iwet to see him and he said that I had Strep throat and ear infection. So I was sick basicaly the whole week. I was on antibotic once again. Had to cuz of my strep throat. So I took it and then my whole family got sick from me. But during that time I started to get dizzyness which I just discovered it might have been vertigo. But it was very mild. I would get spinning in a very slow way but i would hve to stand still and hold my hands onto my forehead and say ' come one go away!!" u know that feeling? and then when that s gone i feel kinda tired. I caled dr s office and nurse answered and said yeah that has to be from ear infection. So I accepted it but then by end of week bac of my head was hurting. and I had Facial pain on my left side by where my eye was. So I calle dmy ENT she said to keep taking the sinus rinse. So I did it gotten better but my er was still hurting a bit and felt little discharge coming out clear fluid. So I had to go see dr again in case i had to get ear drops. I didnt want to miss any more work. I m self employeed so I have to work to make money!
I went to see the dr and he said my ear canel was red and could see little fluid in ear drum. I did ask him about dizzy he just downplayed it. and precribed me antibotic ear drops. and said he didnt want to give me any more antibotics. I agreed. But since that I took it on thursday night the ear drops. then on friday I felt my head spinning as i was about to go to work. So I had to get going then on way to work i had another epidsode of head spinning while driving. But it wasnt so bad. But I could feel it took ome of my energy. But like i said it wasnt so bad. Then yesterday It was my son s birthday party. I was feeling lightheaded alost all day but then again its usually like that. Then all of sudden when he was in middle of the pinata hitting moment i had a real bad one everything was spinning real fast! It felt like slot machine. spinning fast then it starts to slow down. I didnt want anyone to know what was happening so lucky for me i was right by a wall. So i went to lean on the wall and waiting it out. it went on for about maybe 30 to 40 seconds. But after that i felt sick to my stomach! felt like i had to throw up. I was already feeling just a bit neausea before that hapened. but had no time to pay attention to it. anyway after that happened. I couldnt move my head without feeling the room was wobbling around. not spinning but if i were to move walk around move my head left to right up and down i would feel so sick. so i had to go uptairs and lie down and realize that i had to sleep it off and i ended up sleeping for 4 hrs. when I woke up i did feel beter but I felt like my whole energy was sucked out of me and I felt like a sick feeling. My head felt little groggy after that. That feeling when that happened, put a fear in me. Because I m afraid this will happen again when I m out there driving or wherever. I m tryign to decide if this is my chronic sinitus problem? or is it allergy related, or could it be from the ear infection? or is it something serious? My neck does hurt but then again I have been thru alot this whole past week with doing house project putting up the ceiling. With my head tilted up looking up the ceiling putting up the drywallceiling up. But I havent done anythign since wed. I m also wondering if the ear drops cold have contributed to this. Cuz lke i indicated that I started the ear drops on thursday night and then friday I felt head spinnign twice and once bad one on sat. So could the ear drops have caused that?

I apologize for this VERY VERY long post. But it has gotten to a point where i m frustrated. My family looks at me as if like i m overanayzing this. Trust me I would not be wanting this to happen. I got 2 small kids 5 and 2 i m 31 yrs old, I sure do miss the old days of being carefree and being able to do things! We were supposed to go to haunted house last night but With my dizy spell/ vertigo it screwed up everything.

I did hve this problem few years ago but dr wasnt able to figure out why so it went away but when that happened I remember that feeling. it was very frightful feeling. My wife had to go with me to my job, I work as interpreter. She went with me because i was worried the vertigo episode would hapen again. But then after time went by I got used to it and then knew it wasnt going to happen again. But now this has happened several times in past 2 weks and a real big one yesterday. What would you do?
any suggestion? My wife is bsically like tired of hearng me complain, or whatever. So i basicaly have to just keep it to myself if i can..but again its not a really good feeling to go thru especially with all of this constant new thing happening over and over.
