I just stumbled onto this site and saw the old stories about sulphur burps. I also have the problem. My doctor prescribes cipro which I can keep on hand for this recurring problem. My symptoms are, extreme nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and great weakness. In severe episodes I have pain in the lower back, neck and legs. The cipro knocks it out in a couple of days. Are their any preventive measures?
