This is not one I am familiar with but I just looked this up, and diarrhea is one of the common side effects. If you are having a problem breathing it COULD be a serious side effect. I would just watch it closely or just call the Dr. and ask, it won't hurt anything I know I have called my Dr.'s answering service on the weekends and have left a message for someone to call me back with a prescription problem (it is a serious problem if you are truly having a serious side effect) and call in a new one.
