I VERY much like SOMA (carisoprodol.) Unfortunately, most doctors want to prescribe csomething "fancier," God knows why?
I take 2 SOMA with 2 aspirin at the first TWINGE of backache and hit the sack...often that cuts me down to one day in never-never spasm-land rather than the unmedicated THREE.

It's also nice before bedtime.
