I have had testicle pain since February. Mine has been diagnosed as chronic prostatitis. I took doxacycline for a month and all it did was really screw up my stomach. I'm now on cardura and Proscar and the testicle pain is better, although I do have to take Tylenol for the burning pain and ache I get by my tailbone. I would ask your doc about Prostatitis. Unfortunately, as with most chronic problems, you just have to wait for it to go away on it's own.

You may want to try Saw Palmetto if you prefer to try over the counter treatment. It's suppose to help with Prostate health, though it doesn't work for everybody. Do some research to find the best manufacturer though.
