i have had all of the symptoms you mentioned about toprol xl. when i complained of these same things, my cardiologist reduced mine from 200mg to 100, i hope in a few days all of these symptoms will get better. maybe the paddle thing i am having in a few weeks will put my heart into rhthym again. the ablation , coumadin, cardizem, rhythmol, and toprol have not fixed it yet.
