boom! if anyone out there can follow my thread about "problems since ablation", they can see my month by month feelings since radio wave vein ablation for atrial fib and flutter. it's been seven months and all was going good. NOW i have hot flashes, weakness and migraines which i haven't had in 8 years. i was christmas shopping and i got so hot and sweaty all over with an all over weakness. i had to sit in two stores out of three. i could just make it to my car and when i sat it slowly went away. i think i am going to become a sitter. i was quite depressed thinking everything was cured because i don't feel the pacs anymore. i hope they start to reduce my meds starting with my cardio dr. visit on dec 17th. funny thing, my friends and i went to a discount mall and we walked plenty before this happened. two complained of tired bones the next day and i felt great during and afterwards. hum? my meds are toprol xl, cardizem, coumadin, and rhythmol. vitals and all blood tests are normal. dehydration possibly? sorry i am not very versed on how to use this thread and seem to always reply to my own. i have been thru a 30 day monitor. i hope this dr. can tell me more. $3,000 out of pocket is expensive for the first ablation. wonder if i need another.
