Get into a regular anti acne routine.
The one that worked for me was: Wash with a detergent clenser twice a day (any cheap one will do, such as Ivory Liquid Wash)
At night, after washing, apply 5% Benzoyl Peroxide all over the face
In the morning after washing, apply Nutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Moisturiser all over the face
The above will make your acne worse for about a week or so, then it will get rapidly better over the next 3-4 weeks.
