Haha I'll help ya out a little bit. I tried this for a couple months, it didn't do much. However I couldn't use the cream that came with it because it had benzoyl peroxide and that stuff blows. I am a male and I have fair skin(like many females), and I read that if you have fairer skin the female product could work for you. I never tried that though.
