Didnt use the xana yesterday...may not today either as it really doesnt make me seem to feel any better. At any rate, I'm on day 3 (the hardest day and night or so I'm told) I will have to go to work tomorrow, so I certainly hope that tonight is merciful. I feel fatigued and out of it. My pupils are dialeted and I get hot an cold flashes. No signs of stomach problems yet for me....but boy is this hard when all I know I have to do to feel better is make a phone call....but then I simply think about the ineitability of having to go through this whole process again and that is less than appatizing. I'mjust trying to relax and to watch TV and enjoy myself as much as possible. Sleep has been increasingly difficult...I'm taking somevalium and 1 ambien, then when I wake up at like 1 or 2, taking another one. IT has kept me on a somewhat normal sleep schedule, albiet fitfull and dreamfilled...I assume tonight will be the most difficult with it becoming increasingly easier as time passes after that. So, I guess my goal is to simply get through tonight....and then...get through the next day and thenafter....but right now I am ery fatigued and just want to feel better...I guess that will all come back to me at some point...hopefully sooner than later...any tips on that... Anyway...figured I'd give you my day 3 update, clean off everything...I can do this..Its not easy, but I can do this...I know that after today it will begin to get easier...and it sure as hell will be worth it...much better than fighting the onset of withdrarawal everyday for months....so.....I'll keep yall posted.... Thanks to all for your advice and your tips please keep them coming... |
