I just began taking Spiro last Sunday. Since then my skin is breaking out horribly! Is there an initial breakout with this stuff? I am on 50MG once a day. The derm also told me to keep up with Benzaclin and Retin A. I am really hopeful since reading all the threads about Spiro on here.
