Well the first time I used it was after pregnancy...SEVERE CYSTIC ACNE! It worked wonders...no scarring at all. I am using it now just to brighten up my face, even out skin tone and for blackheads. You will notice the difference the first time you do it and over many sessions it will greatly improve. It sloghs off the yucky top layer of skin. It uses a crystal substance and suction. Find someone trained in doing it. It works better than over the counter liquid solutions. I love the way it makes my skin look and feel.

Oh and I also use a medicine percribed by the dermatologist which shrunk the size of my blachead...Benzaclin. But you should stop using it 2 days or so before the microderm so your skin doesn't get too irritated.
