Hey all, just a couple questions. But first: my situation.
When i first got acne, it was RIGHT when I hit puberty really early in grade 7. It was really bad on my forehead, but in grade 8 it got somewhat better. Finally, I went to my doctor to help it out, and he gave me Tetracyclin and Differin gel to use. They worked so well and my face was completely clear for about 6 months until I ran out of the stuff and my acne came back quicker than I could get a refill. After it came back the Tetracyclin and differin didn't work.
Right now I'm on Benzac and my face is fairly bad. I've been on it for a few months and its not really working. I'd say inbetween mild and moderate. Luckily my zits are always pretty small and never have whiteheads--but still--all these old zits healing is making my face look really bad.
My doc says if this doesnt work (which it isnt really) I should go on the dreaded accutane (lol), but I'm not really ready for it. My question is what else is available for me to try for my acne. thx a lot.
