What's been working for me is, Brevoxyl creamy cleanser with 4% benzoyl peroxide and glycolic acid. Benzac bp treatment and minocycline 50mg. These are all prescription. I only use them at night so my skin doesn't dry out. In the morning I use cetaphil with a washcloth then rinse and follow with Clinique total turnaround cream which has salicylic acid. Also Ludriderm seriously sensitive lotion if I feel dry.
