Hi everyone,
I'm now starting my 13th day of Suboxone WD. I had an incident last night and ended up in the ER. In the protocol my Dr. gave me the instructions said that if I had diarrhea for three days to then stop it by taking two immodium.
I was having slight diarrhea but nothing like normal withdraw diarrhea so I took the immodium. My wife and I went out to at an Irish Pub and had a big dinner of corned beef and cabbage and about 10:30 I got the worst gastric cramps I've ever had in my life. I explained my WD to the ER Dr. and said I wouldn't take any Morphine and he said I was cramping his stile if he couldn't use Morphine but agreed to try some other stuff call Bentyl to stop the cramping. Well, it didn't work so I just came home and had a hot cup of tea and toughed it out. It took about 9 hours but the pain finally went away and I got some sleep. No more gassy food for me until I'm completely well.
