Just saw your post and i have the same problem, it hit me 2 x's this month, and it was anxiety related each time, this last time was just this weekend, my daughter got married and i was a nervous wreck and of course it came out the back side, it has been 4 days on and off the pot and now i will go into spasm mode where the bowels and or intestines spasm and the labor type pains take over- i am deathly afraid of meds so i dont know what to do, i reaseach and read abotu xanax then get scared all over so im lost. all i ahve is Bentyl for the spasms..and the diarreah doesnt come until abou the 3rd day,it will just be ALOT of poop..
