Hi Everyone,

Oh my gosh, I am so scared. I took my last percocet this morning and now its time to pay the piper! I took my last one at 10:30 this morning. It is now 4:30 P.M and I am already starting to feel the withdrawls. Is this possible? I usually take 1.5 - 2.0 10/325 percocets every 2 hours and not a minuet later! I have already missed 3 doses which would be 4.5 - 5.0 pills. This is the longest that I have went without the percocets. I am feeling so cold and have major goose bumps, but, my face feels really hot. Can withdrawls start happening this quick? I thought I would atleast have had a whole day before the withdrawls started happening.

Murphy, ......you said that the pills the doctor gave me is what they give you in inpatient and outpatient detox? When do I start taking them? Does the pills(percocets) have to be out of my system for a certain amount of time before I can start them? I am really nervous about taking the meds that the doctor gave me.

Somebody and I am sorry who it was, said that I shouldn't take the Ambien & Soma with the Trazadone. Could you guys please tell me what one I should take, and what one would be better for me. The doctor who gave me the meds for detox, but he didn't give me the Soma or Ambien. I got the Soma and Ambien from my regular doctor, so I don't want to mix things that I shouldn't. I guess what I am asking is, should I take the Trazadone, or the Ambien & Soma? What one would help me the most?

Please any info you guys could give me would be really appreciated. The meds that I have for detoxing are: Clonidine 0.1, Bentyl 20mg, Motrin 800mg, Imodium (prescription strenghth)Trazodone 50mg and Tigan 300mg. I also have Soma and Ambien. Please tell me what I should and shouldn't take and when should I start taking them.

One thing i noticed about w/d is the state of mind you are in when it is happening....Don't let your mind take over. With these meds you will feel minimal w/d...i would take soma and see what happens ...i don't know much about the blood pressure med, my pressure is always low anyways...immodium if you start feeling the runs coming on. and the bentyl (sp?)i would start taking to stop stomach cramping. YOu are going to see that these meds are going to make all the difference in the world, you are very lucky to have gotten them. I agree w/ Michelle that waiting til tomorrow night to see if you even need the ambien. I would only take that if it has been a couple of days with no sleep. \
You are gonna be fine, you will see.....
Keep posting and try to keep busy, i rented some movies, and got some magazines and a few good books by Jackie Collins :)
Hang in there..it isn't going to be as bad as you are thinking, you have a med for every symptom of w/d...i will be thinking of you
