I had chest pains and I told my doctor. He immediately wheeled in the EKG and gave me a stress test where they put you on the treadmill and hook you up and make sure none of your major arteries are blocked. I did have high blood pressure and guess what? I started taking benicar and Since everything came back normal my chest pains have gone away. I would just tell your doc and get it checked out...I bet once you come back normal all of this will go away! Good luck!
