I was told to take 3 to 4 capsules a day of 1000 mg. And I take 3 doses of b-6 each day. It has helped. I just have been asking about the only prescription drug I take. It is a blood pressure pill called Benicar. My regular doctor says that the blood pressure pill would not make me have anxiety or be depressed. I just wonder.
