I am an adult so don't take what I say as help for your brother. I just called a pharmacist and they told me to take Benadryl to sleep while I'm on Adderall. Maybe you should call your Pharmacist/Drug Store and ask them what would be safe for a 10 year old and tell whem med's he's taking. Good luck sweetie.

Good timing. I just called my pharmacist before reading your post and was told that Benadryl is an excellant sleeping aid, as long as you can devote 8 hours to sleeping. It is safe for children but I would call your own pharmacist/doctor and let them know "all" meds he is on so they can make an informed decision. If they say Benadryl, it's cheap and you can by it anywhere. Good luck sweetie.
