Though I agree that you should limit your pop intake and try to drink more water, if you don't drink water, it isn't the end of the world. There are some people out there, and I'm one of them, who physically cannot drink water. Seriously, every time I try to drink water, or even if I just gargle with pure water, I gag. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've drank water since I was in kindergarten and discovered I had this gagging thing, and those were only very desperate times like needing to take a Benadryl when I accidentally ate a cookie with walnuts in it last year, something I've VERY allergic to. When I tell people this, they often stare at me in disbelief and ask me what I DO drink. I very rarely drink pop; my staples are juice and Gatorade. Yes, they have sugar in them, too, but to me, these are the healthiest drinks after water because juice has vitamins and Gatorade has electrolytes. Just something to think about... :angel:
