O.K., that means, she has some kind of skin inflamation combined with bacteria. My dalmatian used to have bad skin problems too, and my vet overseas (not here in USA) prescribed him clindamicin, which people take for example for acne to get rid of the bacteria. They probably will not do it here, but if you can get your physician to prescribe it to you, just give it to your ****su. Just be sure to give her less, half the dosage you need to give to a child or so. My dogs prescription was to take it for two weeks twice a day and he cleared! Also, I have heard from my vet here to give him Benadryl, but I think it only takes care of the itching part. Well, I don't know much about benadryl, but check it out at your drug store and it might help. Good luck with your ****su, I know how frustrating it can be not being able to help them, especially when it is so expensive to treat our pets here in the USA. (I just take my dalmatian to Czechoslovakia once a year to get his shots and medication over there. It only costs me 50 dollars for the whole nine yards, including ultrasound teeth cleaning.)
