Benadryl capsules are great for relieving itching
plus helping you to sleep. These can be bought over
the counter and are great! Good Luck!

Another thought entered our head.....laundry
soap or softener? It sounds simple, but it did
happen to us! Got to think of everything. The
benadryl is excellent in the capsule form, but
take at night before going to sleep. Good Luck!

could also be an irritation from detergents or soap that you use. If you use a sleeping med to help with the sleeping, try taking a couple of benadryls. They will help with the sleep and should help keep you itch free. Sorry if someone else already mentioned any of this, I didn't read all the replies.
