thank you so much for that. Sounds similar. I also think ive got blockage in my ears which isnt helping either. At the moment im using neti pot and just gone back on the beconase. In a sad way, i cant wait for our summer to end (and we dont get them like te USA so dont know how id cope over there - altough id love to visit the US one day!
