I have the same problem for 3 months now, its really distracting. It went away for about 3 days once, and I'm trying to figure out why it went and came back. I'm retrying steroid nasal spray (Beconase) I think that may have been the solution, but can't be certain. How do the noises sound? My noise are quite sharp and crackly and happen if i swallow, yawn or open my mouth wide. My ENT said it was eustachian tube dysfunction, but I need more tests, did your guy try to test wether they could hear the sounds themselves with a stethoscope or tiny microphone in the ear canal?
