Floridaguy, try this.

Get some nasal spray for allergies - I believe the one that is sold over-the-counter in the US is called Beconase. Do not get a decongestant spray as those are for short term use only. Get the one made for allergies. Use it as directed.

Also, put Vicks VaporRub under your nose and on your throat before going to bed.

It may help to sleep on an extra pillow so that you are raising your head up higher.

When one side gets stuffy, turn so that the stuffy side is up. IOW, if your right nostril is blocked, turn on your left side.

Try that for several days and let me know if it helps, okay?
