A nasal steroid (Beconase, Fixonase etc) would probably help you.
For the first 3 days, use a nasal decongestant (such as Otrivin, one spray into each nostril), wait 10 minutes, then use the steroil.
The Otrivin opens up the nose, allowing the steroid to penetrate to the area where it is needed.
After 3 days, the steroid will have started to work, and the otrivin should be stoped (dont use it for longer, as it can produce some problems)
Nasal steroids are avaliable over the counter in Australia, NZ, Britian and South Africa, but i suspect you need a prescription in the US... see your GP.
If this doesnt work, a referal to an ENT specialist would be in order
