Yes, inhalent allergies can be caused by fungus, mold, tree pollen, grasses, flowers, and many more. Plants pollen does not happen all at one time, it is usually spread out. About the time one that bothers you stops another one will appear or more than one at a time.

Allergies to perfume, after shave lotion, and household items can also cause problems.

Keep watch on the weather where they give the pollen count and you will soon discover which things are bothering you the most.

Yes, Afrin can be addictive, but, using it once in a while until you can get the swelling down in nose won't hurt. Beconase and Flonase prescription nasal sprays help a lot when you have allergies.
