Wrin, thank you for mentioning Symbicort, yes, it is available where I live. I'll have to ask my doctor.
That Miconazol I'm taking for my tongue is not helping, my tongue looks (and feels!! That's the bad part) the same so I'll visit my doctor in a couple of days. I wonder whether it's trush at all as my tongue looks too "neat" for that. It just feels awful! So I think you must be right, Ammom1. It could be my tongue is just dry or otherwise irritated from Seretide.
Before Seretide (Advair) I was taking Beclomet (Beclovent) and salbutamol, I had no side effects to mention, but they didn't keep my asthma in control very well. I wonder are there any asthma meds less likely to cause trush or other mouth problems than Advair? Would Symbicort be safer then?
