its just there, it just happened, my mouth is closed and sometimes it throbs, not sharp more dull, i do have a have a bad case of gingivitis cause my wisdom tooth has roted, and i have to have 4 extractions in the back due to chipped teeth. and my gum are red and do bleed when i brush.

is there anything i can do before i go to the dentist in 2 weeks to lower the sevarity of this?

And Bayer works fine to take the pain away, but a while back, maybe 3 months it was that one wisdom tooth that if i pushed in it would kill, i could not even eat on that side.

A couple things: warm salt water rinses can help gums heal. Use 1/2 tablespoon salt to a glass of warm water. Otherwise I would suggest some over the counter tooth/gum desensitizing gel like Ambesol or Kanka. Continue with the Bayer though until the dds appt. Hope that helps :)

PS. Your gums bleed when you brush because you're not brushing enough and/or not flossing. :nono:

cool, thats great, lucky for me i have full blown dental from my work and they will cover $2500 a year....there goes that LOL but yes thank you very much...although right now its still dull cause the bayer i took an hour ago (just one 325mg) is the extended release and it takes longer to work....grr

geeze this morning i woke up to a monterous pain from the wisdom tooth that has come out, its giving me a temple headache its so bad right now!! i just took two extended release bayer about 15 min ago but not sure on how long they take to work.....is there anything i can do right now to make the pain go away? and can the pain move to other teeth too?
