[QUOTE=Red Al]Hi SickofEffexor (great name!)
Thank you... it was chosen out of frustration! :rolleyes:
[QUOTE=Red Al]It's just so frustrating at the moment. I seem to take one step forward and then one step backwards. And I'm worried that my poor sleep is going to make me ill again. It seems like a vicious circle that's really hard to escape from.
I'm sorry you're having a hard time... I do believe it will get better. The other thing I do (shame on me for not mentioning this the first time) is I having been taking Tylenol PM. Some nights I take one, sometimes I take two, some nights I don't need it at all. I've been using it for years and years (not every night -- I seem to go through phases) and I don't believe it has any addictive qualities. :confused: I haven't experienced any....
Sleep makes all the difference.... you might want to look into Tylenol PM or something like Bayer .... (they have one that is just for sleep -- no pain relievers in it).
You're doing great!!!! (I know it probably doesn't feel like it....) but it is a big accomplishment to get off this stuff! :wave:
