I feel like this when I get bladder infections. I've actually had 3 or 4 this year. My doctor said that it was actually one that wouldn't go away. Maybe have your doctor put you on Bactrim. It's an antibiotic. Also, they have medicine for the spasms you're having to. Also have someone check your kidneys.
