I too had adult acne. The worst was that my face started scarring as I got older. Finally when I was 33 a derm perscribed bactrim. It worked! I still have tons of oil and large pores, so am currently on accutane for that, but no more breakouts.
Oh, and azelex topical with the bactrim. Good luck!
