Yes, you're right. W/C is unbelievable when it comes to prescriptions.
The W/C told my brother they set it up so that there was an "open account" so whenever the meds were needed we just picked them up. One item was
just bacitracin (antibiotic cream) and they acted like it was a narcotic drug or something.
When we'd go to the drugstore to pick up the 'scrips, they'd tell us we had to wait several more days before we could get them So we had to go home and call W/C. Believe me, we made many calls back and forth--about drove us nuts before they got it straightened out.
It's actually criminal the way a person is treated. Did you have trouble getting submittable reimbursements from W/C?
